2. Eligibility / Intended Audience

WellWise Finder is intended for adults in the United States who want educational help with private well testing and next-step planning. It is not designed for use by children under 13.

You may browse most of the product without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not misuse the product, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not submit another person’s personal data unless you are authorized to do so.
• Do not rely on WellWise Finder as a substitute for urgent clinical, regulatory, or emergency guidance.

6. Third-Party Links, Labs, Kits, and Installers

WellWise Finder links to third-party labs, kit vendors, public agencies, and installer partners. We do not control third-party sites, pricing, turnaround, accreditation status, inventory, or business practices. Review those third parties directly before acting.

7. Affiliate / Sponsored Commercial Relationships

Some outbound links may be affiliate or tracked referral links. If you choose a vendor through those links, WellWise may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Rankings are not sold, and commercial relationships do not replace safety notes or official-source guidance.

The WellWise Finder service, including its text, interface, design, curation, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal or internal evaluation use, but not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.

12. Termination / Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user is violating these Terms, creating security risk, or misusing the product. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the privacy controls or by contacting us.

13. Governing Law / Venue / Dispute Resolution

Counsel review is required before broad launch. Until that final review is complete, any dispute relating to these Terms will be governed by applicable U.S. law and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the operator’s principal place of business, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
